About Us

Scissortail Cycles is owned and operated by Dewayne Norvill. Dewayne started working in the bike industry more than 25 years ago and has become known as one of the best mechanics in the region. In 2014 he decided to venture into a new endeavor and started Scissortail Cycles, a custom frame building business. Since then he has built dozens of frames for people all over the country. 

When he's not building, fixing, or riding bikes, Dewayne is hanging out with his family or working on one of his vintage VWs.
